Q: How do I clean my topl?

Q: What drinks can I use my topl cup for?
Your topl cup is perfect for coffee, tea, water, and other smooth, non-carbonated drinks.
It’s not suitable for fizzy drinks, thick liquids (like smoothies or soups), or anything sticky. These can affect the lid’s seal or flow.
Always allow hot drinks to cool below 158°F before locking the lid.
Can I put my topl in the microwave or the freezer or boil it?
It is not safe to put your cup in the microwave or the freezer or boil your cup.
Q: Is the lid leakproof?
Yes — as long as the lid is twisted fully clockwise into the locked position, it’s completely sealed and leakproof. You can toss it in your bag with confidence.
Just make sure the silicone seal is fitted correctly after cleaning — leaks can occur if the parts aren’t reassembled properly.
Our cups are designed to be locked and sealed with liquids under 158°F (barista standard serving temp). As this is not a flask, it’s not advisable to fill the cup with liquids above 158°F and put it in your bag. If you prefer hot drinks, after filling, screw the lid on but leave it in the open position for a few moments to allow pressure to settle before locking.
Q: Why is my cup leaking?
Make sure the lid is fully twisted clockwise into the locked position. Leaks can also happen if the silicone seal isn’t fitted correctly after cleaning — double-check all parts are in place.

This is the perfect to-go cup for my morning coffee - in the car, in my bag, or on my desk. When I broke my ankle a few months ago, I suddenly had to place leak-free cups in my laptop backpack to bring water and coffee to work. Cheap slider coffee mugs don't work when you need to use your hands to hold crutches. Add two toddlers at home, and I use my topl daily to protect my coffee from spill risks. The only thing that would make my topl better is to add oz and ml marks on the inside because I am meticulous with my coffee and almond milk ratio for the perfect homemade latte.

I absolutely love my topl tumblers !!! I don't drink coffee, but I use them when I ride my Harley, and it keeps my water ice cold during my entire ride ! I also have used it for adult beverages, on get to gethers. Gave one to my riding buddies, and really likes it !

The cups that I purchased for my wife and I arrived faster than I expected in a nicely packed box. We washed the cups as directed and used then the next day. We had a little difficulty with reassembling them after washing all of the parts. However, once we figured it out. Everything worked great. The cup kept my water cold and neither of us encountered a spill from the cup. So far we both love our cups. I just may have to purchase another set. Thank you

These cups are the best drinking invention to date. I am obsessed! I already have 2 and need the other colors as well. The only thing that would make these better is a larger size for daily water consumption and maybe a handle for the larger one.

Both TOPL cups arrive on time and were exactly what I had ordered. I have had a 10oz TOPL for two years. I bought it at Black Sheep Coffee. They only had 10oz cups. This is a little too small. I really really like how the drinking spout works since I can pick it up while driving without looking and be able to sip out of the cup. This every side works to sip is unique to the TOPL, I think. I have a shelf of old no longer used thermos cups that all are sippable only from one side so I am forced to look when picking it up. Besides this all sides work to sip, the sipping design works seemingly just like a glass, so coffee flows with no effort, no more spillable than a glass, no sloshing.

So far I'm loving it!! Kept my coffee pretty warm almost all day! And the simplicity of the lid opening and closing is incredible!! Plus being able to drink from any angle is so original. I myself have never seen that before. That makes this cup one of a kind. Also the finish on the cup is amazing! The olive green is the way to go.

The lid doesn’t go together as it should. The gasket rolls up and it makes it impossible to put together.

Love it so much that i bought another one. Keeps my coffee nice n hot for hours. Drinking from it is so simple. I am going to use my second one for carbonated beverages since it is so smooth to drink from unlike other cups.

As I have run into an issue putting it back together after washing it. I would strongly suggest putting a paper in with the cup being shipped of the helpful YouTube videos to hopefully eliminate buying a second lid as i had to. Your ideas of handles and or a rubber textured piece in the grip area of the cup would be great as the cup texture is very smooth and can be a bit slippery especially if used while eating certain foods. lol Great product great support team.

The replacement lid fit perfectly and my wife loves it the cup- never leaks Not even a single drop.
I have sent multiple emails regarding this and haven't received a response yet! My cup was supposed to have 2232XL engraved on it. Instead, it has 223XL. The number is very meaningful to me. As such, I have not requested a refund, I just would like it made with the correct engraving. I hope that THIS finally warrants a response.

Love this cup!! I got one for my wife from seeing an IG ad. She got 16oz. Then I ordered a 20oz venti cup. It is Great!- easy to fill, even better to drink out of and it DOESN’T leak at all!! So good we are going to give a few away as gift to friends.
