Do I need to download an app?

No app, no fuss. It works on Apple and Google wallet.

Can I buy a cup on the website or use my existing cup?

Coffee Credits is only compatible with our To Go collection. You are more than welcome to purchase the cup on our website and bring them in-store to get the cup activated. However, you might be missing out on the free credits some cafés offer with a new purchase in-store.

What if I lose my cup? What happens to the credits?

As long as you have the toplpass in the wallet, we can transfer the credits to a newly purchased cup.

Can I use the credits across multiple cafés?

The Coffee Credit scheme is café specific. It’s designed to get you discounted coffees as a loyal customer. However, if they have multiple sites, it is highly likely that the credits will work across all branches.
