Where we ship
- We ship to contiguous U.S. addresses only (the lower 48 states + Washington, D.C.).
- We do not ship to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands).
- We do not ship internationally at this time. Check out our international stores in the footer.

Standard (non-personalized) orders
- Next business day dispatch for in-stock, non-personalized items.
- Orders placed on weekends or shipping holidays will dispatch the next business day.
Personalized orders
- Personalized items are made to order.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for dispatch (before transit time begins).
- During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping to a PO Box
- We can ship to a PO Box using our Standard shipping option; however, not all products may be eligible.
- PO Box deliveries may take longer than the estimated transit times shown above.
Shipping holidays
Our warehouse and major carriers may not dispatch or deliver on the following holidays. If you place an order on a holiday (or over a holiday weekend), dispatch timelines start the next business day.
