topl limited warranty

1. What this limited warranty covers
topl products are designed to be long-lasting and reliable. We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase by the end user (the “Warranty Period”). This warranty is provided only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.

2. What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or fading. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care, including dishwashing or freezing. It does not cover accidental damage such as dropping the product. Unauthorized alterations or modifications, including third-party engraving or disassembly, are not covered. Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function are excluded, as well as loss, theft, or items purchased from unauthorized resellers.

3. Our remedy
If a covered defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will either replace only the defective part whenever possible, or replace the product with the same or a comparable item if the original is unavailable. Replacements do not reset or extend the original Warranty Period.

4. How to make a claim
To submit a warranty claim, email us at hello@toplcup.us. Include a description of the issue, clear photographs showing the defect, and valid proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt. Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase may not be accepted.

5. Damaged on arrival
If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of both the item and the packaging. Do not use the item, as doing so may void your eligibility for replacement. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

6. Refunds
For products deemed faulty within 30 days of purchase, a refund or replacement may be offered. After 30 days, the warranty covers replacements only.

7. Gifts and co-branded products
Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser. If you received a gift, please ask the purchaser to contact us. Custom or co-branded items, such as those with a company logo, are not covered under this standard warranty. These claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to alternative terms.

8. Third-party purchases
If you purchased your topl product from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for support under their return policy. If you purchased from Amazon.com, we are happy to assist directly — just provide valid proof of purchase.

9. Limitations of liability
This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by topl and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. In no event shall topl be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the product, including without limitation, lost profits or loss of use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with Delaware law.
