RETURNS POLICY

topl cups are classified as food storage items, so we only accept returns on unused products or items with a manufacturing defect.

We do not accept returns on personalized or customized products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The original instruction guide should be included (if provided).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Only items purchased directly from toplcup.us are eligible. If your product was purchased through an authorized reseller, please contact them directly.

Time Frame:

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving return instructions.

  • Returns beyond these windows may be accepted at topl’s discretion and may only qualify for a replacement.

Return Process:

  1. Email hello@toplcup.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.

  2. Await approval and return instructions from our customer service team.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back using a tracked shipping service.

  4. topl is not responsible for lost return packages.

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

REFUND POLICY

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Once shipped, our standard returns policy applies.

If you're returning an unused item in original condition within 14 days of receipt and it is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (less original shipping costs).

Refund Conditions:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after return approval and inspection.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

Any return sent without approval may be subject to additional charges or refused at delivery.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost.
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue when contacting us.

Replacements will not be sent, and returns will not be accepted without prior written approval.
