Turn the lid counterclockwise until the silver ring is visible. Stop when you feel the friction. Sip from any side!
🔒 Twist to lock
Turn the lid clockwise until the silver ring disappears. That’s your cup locked.

Leakproof, splash-proof, ready to go.
HOW TO CLEAN
The lid comes apart into 3 pieces for a proper clean
- Twist to open the lid (to drinking position)
- Push out the transparent centerpiece and peel off the silicone seal — you’ll have three parts
- After cleaning, refit the seal and push the centrepiece back into place
Pop all parts in the dishwasher to keep your lid fresh, clean, and ready for everyday use.

Is the lid leakproof?
Yes — as long as the lid is twisted fully clockwise into the locked position, it’s completely sealed and leakproof. You can toss it in your bag with confidence.
Just make sure the silicone seal is fitted correctly after cleaning — leaks can occur if the parts aren’t reassembled properly.
How do I refill the cup?
Pour directly through the open 360° lid, or twist the lid off with two full turns to take the lid off.
How do I know if the lid is open or locked?
If the silver ring is visible, it’s open and ready to sip. If it’s fully hidden, the lid is locked.
Can I drink through the lid?
Yes — the 360° lid means you can sip from any side. No need to line it up or look for a hole.
Can I use it for cold or fizzy drinks?
Yes — it’s insulated for both hot and cold drinks. Just twist to open and sip as normal. However, we don’t recommend using it for fizzy drinks, as the pressure can affect the seal.
